This electric heating tube is a versatile tubular heating element designed for both immersion and air heating tasks across industrial, commercial, and residential systems. The metal sheath—available in stainless steel, Incoloy, copper, or titanium—provides excellent resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and chemical attack, making it suitable for water, oil, mild acids, and air media. Inside, a high-grade nickel-chromium resistance wire is evenly wound and tightly packed with magnesium oxide powder, ensuring superior electrical insulation and rapid heat transfer. Watt densities can be customized to match specific fluid or air conditions, preventing overheating and scaling.

The tube can be fabricated into straight rods, U-shapes, L-shapes, or custom coils to fit tanks, ducts, molds, or pipe insertions. Screw plugs, flanges, or compression fittings offer secure, leak-free mounting. Optional thermocouple or thermal cut-off integration allows precise temperature control and safety shutoff. Widely used in boilers, oil preheaters, sterilizers, heat exchangers, and freeze protection systems, this electric heating tube provides energy-efficient, long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.
